When we refer to “you”, we mean any person accessing this site, using our Services, or purchasing from us – whether you’re browsing, buying, or enrolled in a coaching program. You must be over 18 and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase Services from us.

We offer property coaching, mentoring, and training programs delivered online, in-person, or via digital download. We aim to provide educational content, strategic guidance, and mindset support – but we do not guarantee specific results or financial outcomes. What you do with the info is up to you.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

A. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are taken securely via Stripe, PayPal, or any other processor we authorise. You agree to pay the full price as stated at checkout, whether upfront or in instalments.

B. Instalment Plans

If you choose to pay in instalments, you agree to pay each payment on time and in full. Missing a payment may result in access being revoked until payments are brought up to date. We reserve the right to pursue any unpaid amounts.

C. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and intensive nature of coaching, we do not offer refunds on coaching services, programs or digital products – unless otherwise stated in writing. Please be sure you’re 100% committed before purchasing.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You’re responsible for attending sessions, completing tasks, and doing the work.We do not tolerate abusive, discriminatory or disrespectful behaviour – you’ll be removed without refund if this happens.Coaching is not therapy, legal or financial advice. You should seek independent professional advice where needed.

6. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any Services without notice if:

If you terminate or cancel your participation early, you are still liable for the full fee agreed at the time of purchase.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or share without our written consent.You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use only.

We do not make any guarantees about the results of our coaching or programs. Success depends on your input, consistency, mindset, and execution. You understand that:
